Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • You may return any unused and unworn item purchased from Kinsley Collection within 2 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accompanying documentation.
  1. Initiation of Returns:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@kinsleycollection.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Please include your order number and reason for the return in your request. Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure safe delivery.
  • Please ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with the RMA number provided by our customer support team.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  1. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting the RMA number. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to availability.
  1. Exceptions:
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to, personalized or custom-made items, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items purchased during promotional sales.
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers or resellers are subject to their respective return policies.
