Refund and Returns
- Eligibility for Returns:
- You may return any unused and unworn item purchased from Kinsley Collection within 2 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including tags, packaging, and any accompanying documentation.
- Initiation of Returns:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@kinsleycollection.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Please include your order number and reason for the return in your request. Once approved, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package to ensure safe delivery.
- Please ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with the RMA number provided by our customer support team.
- Refund Process:
